Airport to centre: Humberto Delgado Airport sits on the Red Line — the same line that gets you to MEO Kalorama at Bela Vista. Into the centre it's about 25 minutes with one change, and a single Viva Viagem fare covers it, around €1.65. A taxi or ride-share runs closer to €15–20 and is worth it after a late flight.

Getting around: The centre — Baixa, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade — is walkable and covers most of Friday night on foot. Alfama (Feira da Ladra, FUSO) is a steep 15–20 minute walk or a short tram from Baixa. Alcântara (LX Market) and Bela Vista (MEO Kalorama) both sit outside that loop — budget a train or metro journey, not a walk, for either.
